Being a Mid-westerner, my admiration and curiosity continues to be piqued by the growing possibilities here in Eugene. This winter, Stu experimented with potatoes in the greenhouse, so this week we had a mini potato harvest and were delighted with their deep fluorescent hues! Expect to see some excellent roasting size potatoes in your share this week.
