Week 1: Let the Vegetables Begin...

Greetings CSA members,

We are looking forward to finally meeting you all this week as you pick up the first shares of the season!
Included in your share will be:

  • Rhubarb
  • Beets
  • Salad Greens
  • Carrots
  • Kale
  • Green Garlic
  • Swiss Chard
  • Chives
  • Assorted Herbs
It's exciting to see all the hard work we've put in these past few months being realized in the beginning of the CSA season as well as the life evident in the vegetables finally jump-started by our most recent stretch of sunshine and warmer days. I'll be doing a posting every week with updates of farm happenings, recipes, photos as well as a list of what you can expect to receive in your share. Thanks! And happy eating.

***Come by NYC this weekend for our plant sale, 10-4 pm. We'll be selling some perennials as well as flowers, herbs and tomato starts should you have an empty windowsill or container garden that needs filling.***
